Cresencio Rodriguez-Delgado is the News Director for KVPR Valley Public Radio. He’s previous been a journalist fro PBS Newshour, CALMatters, The Fresno Bee and The California Divide. He grew up in the San Joaquin Valley and attended Fresno City College and Fresno State.

Michelle Iracheta is the editor for Redwood City Pulse, which she helped launch in 2021. In a career spanning more than a decade, Michelle has covered mental health, public safety, disability rights, education and city government at the Houston Chronicle, Las Vegas Review-Journal, the Yakima Herald-Republic, and the Garden Island on Kauai.

Raquel María Dillon, finanical officer
Raquel María Dillon is a reporter for KCBS and formerly a host for KQED News. She previously worked in Los Angeles as a wire reporter for the Associated Press, and has previously produced work for KALW, KTVU and KNTV. She has a BA in political science from Barnard College and a MJ in video journalism from UC Berkeley’s Graduate School of Journalism.

Victoria Sánchez de Alba, secretary
Victoria Sánchez De Alba is a National News Emmy Award-winning former journalist-turned-Communications professional who launched De Alba Communications in San Francisco in 2001. She is an NAHJ Bay Area chapter founding member, and formlerly worked for the Center for Investigative Reporting where she was part of a national an Emmy award-winning national news team. She also worked for ABC 7 KGO-TV, San Francisco and CBS KOVR TV-13, Sacramento. She runs her own consulting company De Alba Communications.

Victor R. Rodriguez Tafoya is an Emmy Award-winning journalist and United States Marine Corp veteran. He is a communication specialist and former executive producer for NBCUniversal Telemundo, and content manager for ABC10 in Sacramento.
